EXL hiring 3,800 in India by year end

Noted BPO firm Exl is planning to recruit 3,800 professionals by December this year, reports Businessline. The firm has already hired 1,200 employees in the first three months of this year the newspaper notes.

It quoted the company CEO Rohit Kapoor saying new employees would be recruited for Noida and Jaipur centers. EXL has also reportedly handed a wage hike of 8-9 per cent.
